FAQ

  • Mostly, just your cute self and a mat. You do not need sneakers. You can bring Bala bands or other hand weights if you’d like. There are some weights at the permanent pop up studio that are available first come first serve.

  • You can buy an individual class when you click to book or you can buy a class package of 3 or 5 classes at a time here.

  • Classes are at the Jazzercise studio that is behind Burr & Berry on South Blvd at 4213 South Blvd in Charlotte, NC. If you have any issues, you can text Lexy at (860)-951-6542!

    We also host pop ups or fundraiser classes at other locations every once in a while. This will be apparent in the Class Name and description.
